Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway (KCJB) is set to become a unique

Karawang, Padalarang, and Tegalluar, each poised to reflect Indonesia's

Chairunisa, General Manager Corporate Secretary at KCIC, the driving force
behind KCJB, has underscored the significance of these cultural motifs. She
eloquently expressed, "These motifs symbolize the arrival of Southeast
Asia's inaugural High-Speed Railway in Indonesia, a legacy that will resonate
with the nation, transforming rail travel into a matter of national

At
Halim Station, one is greeted by the intricate beauty of Batik Betawi,
intricately etched onto large stainless-steel panels. These steel canvases
occupy a central space on the station's second-floor waiting area. The fusion
of Batik Betawi with cutting-edge laser technology creates a seamless blend of
the traditional and the modern, where stainless steel itself symbolizes the
spirit of modernity.
Karawang
Station, known as the region's "rice bowl," offers a unique homage to
Indonesia's agricultural heritage. Here, rice motifs and the iconic "mega
mendung" Batik patterns take center stage as station landmarks. The
station's design brilliantly marries natural elements like wood, stone, and
bamboo with a contemporary twist, creating a breathtaking ambiance.

Station pays homage to the principle of "moving fast" with a
streamlined louvre design gracing its façade. This architectural marvel blends
modern dynamism with colonial art deco, forging an exquisite harmony between
KAI Padalarang Station and KCJB Padalarang Station.
Tegalluar
Station, ensconced amidst the winding rivers of West Java, pays tribute to its
environment. Motifs and the flow of the rivers inspire the station's design.
But there's more; the station will also embody Sundanese culture within its
interior, featuring motifs and materials reminiscent of traditional Sundanese
dwellings, such as wood and bamboo.
