Land in the Menteng Village is valued at around IDR 50-78 million per square meter for shophouses and IDR 60-70 million per square meter for housing. In addition, the highest price is in the Jalan Tasikmalaya area with an average price range of Rp. 125.4 million.  The lowest price in this area is in the Jalan Minangkabau area, which is IDR 51.7 million per square meter.


 3. Kebayoran Baru - IDR 50-100 Million/M²

The Kebayoran Baru area also has very expensive land prices. The massive development of high-rise buildings as well as commercial spaces has made land in the area originally designed as a residential area skyrocketing. Land prices in this area are now in the range of IDR 50-100 million per square meter.


 4. Pondok Indah - IDR 40-100 Million/M²
